Anything about a commitment, a charge, a payout, or your account:

Include the commitment's reference (it looks like CLIP.123, at the top of its screen) if your question is about one.

Charges

Nothing is charged when you create a commitment — your card is saved. It is charged only if you miss, and only after a 24-hour hold. If you believe a charge is wrong, email with the reference and we'll look at the record together.

Payouts

If a friend named you as their judge and they missed, the money is sent to you through PayPal. Add your PayPal email in the app under Account so it has somewhere to go.

Your account and data

You can delete your account from inside the app under Account. What we keep and why is in the Privacy Policy; the rules of a commitment are in the Terms.
